1. Thick liquid mixing:
As the features of starch liquidation, mixing corn starch with water to adjust to 30%-32% concentration, then put sodium carbonate solution to process the liquid to get a best PH value 6.0-6.5. Attention, for keep the activation of the enzyme, each kg. starch must add 500mg calcium chloride and 5-10mg common salt.

2. Liquefaction of high fructose corn syrup process:
Making the starch liquid PH value to 615, then  add certain liquifying enzyme, send to first jet and liquefied process. In this process, heating the temperature increased to 110℃ directly, waiting for about 15mins, make second liquefied process, in this, the temperature get to 135℃, add liquifying enzyme again, this time the liquid can degradation thoroughly, this high fructose corn syrup process part cost time about 2h.
This section equipment requests is: jet cooker, enzyme measuring pump, maintaining tank, flash tank, plate type cooler.

3. Saccharifying system:
Put hydrochloric acid to make PH value to 415, and processed by cooler to decreased the temperature under 50℃, then add composite glycosydase, this enzyme will complete the whole hydrolysis process of carbohydrates in the liquid. After we can get the sacchafifying liquid with 95DE.
This part need equipments: PH value adjust tank, saccharification tank.

4. Vacuum rotary filtering process of high fructose corn syrup:
Vacuum rotary filter main function is filtering the impurities, the rotary drum keep continous working to reached best filtering speed.
Main equipments: vacuum filter machine, liquid seperator,  vacuum pump.

5. High fructose corn syrup decoloration process: put active carbon which is not insoluble in water to liquid glucose to get bright syrup, then use pressure filter to remove the carbon and other impurities.
This process requests equipment: decoloration tank, plate frame filter press machine, pressure filter, collecting tank for carbon.

6. Ion exchange section: This section is for filter the watersoluble impurities.

7. Isomerism: the mixed liquid syrup enters to heterogeneous tank which containing isomerism enzymes, 42% glucose is processed to fructose, then get 42% high fructose corn syrup.

8. Ion exchange process again, this process keep the fructose syrup making pure.

9. Evaporation and concentration section for syrup: this section usually used three-effect evaporator to get the requests high fructose corn syrup.

In conclusion, this is the totally high fructose corn syrup processed.
